Mario Bros. is a Game and Watch game. It is the twentieth Game and Watch game. It is not similar to the game Mario Bros. at all. Instead of plumbing, Mario and Luigi work at a bottle factory, and have to packages of bottles for a delivery truck. It uses the Multi-Screen mode of the Game and Watch system.
