Helio is a character in the Super Mario series. He first appeared in Wario Land 3. He is also called Yellow Belly. touching his arrowheads will turn Wario into Puffy Wario. In his battle, Wario has to Ground Pound on him, and an accordian-like device will come out of his head. Then, Wario has to Ground Pound on that.
